Mears Machine is adding a sixth Velo3D Sapphire XC that will print only 70-30 copper-nickel. The seawater-resistant alloy has traditionally been cast for marine cooling, condenser and heat exchanger parts, and Mears plans to design, print, machine and inspect them all in-house.
